Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Wrapgame India, every piece is crafted with precision, premium finishing and strict quality checks. Since our products fall under the jewellery & accessories category, we follow a strict no-refund policy to maintain hygiene, fairness and brand integrity.


1. No Refund Policy (Prepaid & COD)
• No refunds are possible under any circumstance — whether the order is prepaid or COD.
• Jewellery can be worn and returned, and therefore refunds are not feasible for this category.
• Once an order is placed, multiple internal costs are already incurred (manufacturing, logistics, packaging, team allocation), making money reversal impossible.


2. Replacement for Damaged Items
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with a fresh piece.
• You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with a parcel opening video, so our team can resolve it smoothly.


3. Exchanges (Management’s Discretion Only)
• In select genuine cases, an exchange of design may be granted strictly at the management’s discretion.
• Exchanges, if approved, will be processed:
• Only for the same value as the original order
• With two-way shipping charges borne by the customer


4. No Returns Based on Preferences
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
• “Price feels high after receiving the product”
• Change of mind
• Liking another design later
• No longer wanting the product

The customer has reviewed the product details and made a conscious purchase decision. No personal-preference returns will be entertained.


5. Repair Assistance
We offer repair assistance (where feasible) to ensure you continue enjoying your Wrapgame piece for a long time.
