1. How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase from us,
- Browse through our shop section. The products are divided into categories for an easier navigation.
- Once you like an item, click on ‘Add to Shopping Cart’ button below the item.
- To check the items in your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page and select View Cart.
- In case you wish to delete any item from your shopping cart, click on ‘Remove item’ link.
- If you wish to continue browsing, click on the “Continue Shopping” button.
- To place an order, click on “Proceed" to Check Out button.
2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, for placing an order, you need to make an account. However, you can browse the collections without creating an account.
Setting up an account is quite simple. There are various benefits of having an account on the Wrapgame website.
You can:
- Track your orders and review past purchases.
- Manage your account details,address book and email preferences
- Add to wish list
3. I forgot my account password, what should I do now?
If you have forgotten your password, do not worry. Wrapgame sends you a new OTP every time you log in with your registered email or a new email.
4. How do I know the products you sell are authentic?
We guarantee we sell 100% authentic products; the materials mentioned are exactly the material used. We guarantee you won’t find any discrepancy between two pieces of the same product except for natural minor variation.
5. How should I select the size?
If you have questions on sizing & fit, you can email us on - findoutmore@wrapgame.co and we will get back to you at the earliest.
6. How accurate are the colours shown on the website?
Because of monitor or screen display settings, there may be variation in colours of the products. However, we try to display the colour as accurately as possible.
Some products may appear smaller or larger than their actual size, we advise you to refer the size chart for accurate dimensions.
7. What should I do if the product I want is "Out of Stock"?
If you require the OUT OF STOCK product, you can click on the 'NOTIFY ME' button on the product page and once the product is back in stock, we will notify you via an e-mail.
8. What payment methods does Wrapgame accept?
We offer COD throughout India. UPI, PhonePe Payment Gateway, RazorPay Secure (Cards, UPI, Wallets, and NetBanking) are available for online payments. Bank transfer is available on request.
If you cannot make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at findoutmore@wrapgame.co and we will send you options to pay.
9. Is it safe to use my credit card online on Wrapgame?
Online security is of utmost importance to us at Wrapgame. Your data is safe with us.
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to securely transmit and store your credit card details.
10. Can Wrapgame ship to different addresses?
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders.
Currently, we only ship to one address per order.
11. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once an order is dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.
12. How do I know Wrapgame has received my order and when will the payment be deducted?
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received.
Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation.
In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.
13. How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
You will get an Order confirmation email once your order is confirmed. Once an order is confirmed, you cannot cancel the order.
14. How do I track my order?
We dispatch orders within 3 -10 working days from the day of confirmation. You will get regular updates of your order on your registered email address.
Once the order is dispatched, you will get an email with shipping details & a tracking number to track your order.
15. How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
We have multiple Shipping Partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Aramex, etc. All orders are usually delivered within 3-10 working days after dispatch.
16. Does Wrapgame ship their orders internationally?
Yes, we use services like Aramex and DHL to ship online. International payments can be accepted via PayPal.
17. Is my package insured?
All items from Wrapgame are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address.
Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note signing that you are accepting a damaged box.
18. What packaging is used to pack and ship my order?
All jewellery is delivered in our Wrapgame boxes, you can continue storing your jewellery in it between uses.
19. What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?
A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser, which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests.
They assist you in your shopping and are therefore nothing to worry about.
Most browsers are automatically set up to accept cookies, but usually you can alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance.
If you choose not to receive cookies, you may still use most of the features of our website, including the ability to purchase items.
Registered customers who have cookies enabled will be automatically recognized when they visit Wrapgame. Your name will appear in a welcome message at the top right-hand corner of the website.
When you purchase, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password and review your shipping and payment details before completing your order.
Please note that registered customers will be recognized for 14 days. After this time, users will be prompted to sign back in to their account.
20. How should I take care of Wrapgame jewellery?
Wrapgame jewellery is crafted out of high-quality metal & stones, which will last you a long time if you take the right care.
1) Always store your Wrapgame jewellery in an air-tight box or a sealed bag. Store the box or bag in a moisture-free area.
2) Clean your jewellery with a dry soft cloth to remove any dust and restore the shine.
3) Remove your jewellery while having a bath or swimming.
4) Ensure your jewellery does not come in contact with perfumes, hair sprays, or body lotions.
5) Do not use soap or toothpaste to clean your Wrapgame jewellery.
6) Store each piece separately to avoid chipping, scratches or any entanglement.
